How Do I Take Metabolic Nutrition Tri-Pep BCAA?
Stir 1 to 3 scoops into 12 to 36 ounces of water before, during, and after working out as part of your Weight Lifting regimen.
To use during a Crossfit training regimen, stir 1 scoop into 12 ounces of water and drink during workouts and immediately afterward. If you are participating in an extended competition, you may consume up to 3 scoops with 36 oz of water, depending on the intensity and duration of the workout.
If you are training for endurance, stir two scoops into 24 oz of water and sip throughout your workout. If you are training for weightlifting, stir one to three scoops into 12 to 36 oz of water and consume before, during, and after your workout.
